ATC Cards

Yesterday was my friend Crysalyn's birthday. I made her 6 ATC cards awhile ago and I framed 3 of them [only 3 would fit in the frame.] I did all the writing for each card except "don't", "over", "something" & "you". The writing was difficult especially the smaller ones, but I think it was worth it. She really liked it and couldn't wait to put it in her "Carly Corner" [yeah she has a section in her room with stuff that I've made her.]

Friday Favorites

TGIF: Thank Grimm it's Friday! I can't wait for the weekend. Tomorrow is my friend Crysalyn's birthday and I'm hoping to see her. I haven't seen her in over a month and I miss her terribly. Anyways here are some of my favorite things this week.

I love Kevin Hart he's so hilarious. I've seen his stand up so many times.

I've loved Anne Hathaway ever since this movie, Princess Diaries. It's one of those movies I can watch  a million times and never get tired of it.

Most def. Haha I have nothing else to say about this.

I miss Will & Grace. Karen and Jack were my favorite characters.

My Two Favorite Brandons

Lately I've been really loving the two Brandon's on the SF Giants. Both have been hitting great these past few games, especially Crawford. Nothing seems to stop The Brandons!

Things I'm Excited For

There are so many things I'm looking forward to this year. There's way too many things to name so I narrowed it down.

I seriously can't wait for this movie to come out. It has some of my favorite people in it. Jason Segal, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogan, Emma Watson, Michael Cera, Mindy Kaling, Paul Rudd & Aziz Ansari just to name a few.

I can't wait for this movie. Although I wasn't the biggest fan of the book, anything with Leonardo Dicaprio is sure to be good.  

The Postelles's new album comes out tomorrow! I loved their first album so much, so I have no doubts that this one will be just as good.

November 22nd seems like light-years away. I can't wait to see the second installment of the Hunger Games trilogy. 

Okay out of all the movies I'm excited for this year, this one is the most anticipated. I've been waiting 3 or so years for Kick Ass 2 to come out. I loved the first one so much I just HAD to have a t-shirt.


As you can see I'm mostly excited for movies this year. Sure there's things I'm excited for in my personal life, but right now I'm more excited for these.

I don't normally like my curly hair (and I guess I still don't), but for whatever reason I was really liking my hair yesterday so I decided to take some pictures.

Scrapbooking in Oakdale

Yesterday my mom, my aunt Yaya & I went to Oakdale to do some scrapbooking. We met up with some of our friends from our group. Normally when we go I usually do more snacking than scrapping, but this trip was probably my most productive one. I only finished 2 pages in the 4-5 hours we were there, but that;s more than I usually get done. It was a fun day of eating junk, watching movies (Les Miserables, Coyote Ugly and Overboard) & scrapbooking!

Four of us decided to do a Cricut cutout swap. We each made a list of things we would like & we each had to cut out  a minimum of 5 pieces for each person. One item on my list was robots, so Karen made these for me. I love the robot dog the best!

Another item on my list was cutesy animals like a lion, pig or fox. I got these from Megan & I love the fox and the lion!

Crush of the Month

March's Crush of the Month is...

John Krasinski! I've been watching The Office from season 1 (thank goodness for Netflix) & I've fallen in love with John Krasinski's character, Jim Halpert. Jim just became my #2 TV crush of all time.  He's adorable, witty & hilarious; plus I love his relationship with Pam.

A Day in Monterey

This week my parents are off for spring break, so on Wednesday they decided they wanted to go to Monterey & I went with them. I haven't been to Monterey since the week of my birthday last year. We had a lot of fun, but I was exhausted afterwards.
